3. Click Request Cancellation and provide a reason.

3. Order Cancellation by Sellers

Sellers reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Unavailability of the product.
• Pricing errors or incorrect product details.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.

If a seller cancels an order, buyers will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Approved cancellations before shipping will be fully refunded.
• If an order is canceled after processing but before shipping, the buyer may receive a refund minus any applicable transaction fees.
